Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

PRISMSCAN Technologies P.C. (“PRISMSCAN”) operates the PrismaCAD website and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we receive

When you use the contact form or request trial access, the site receives the fields you submit. The contact form asks for your name, email address, and optional message. The trial form asks for your name, email address, country, and optional company.

The site does not ask for confidential project data. Please do not send it through a website form.

3. Forms and service providers

Forms post JSON to the site’s own /api/sendEmail route. That server route validates the submission and relays the email through Marblism’s hosted endpoint at https://ai.marblism.com/api/website/sendEmail. The Marblism credential is server-side and is not sent to the browser. Trial requests are addressed to the configured PrismaCAD support destination; contact enquiries use the site’s configured contact destination.

The project is configured with Astro’s Vercel adapter for its server runtime. This describes the implementation configuration and is not a claim about any additional hosting service or processing that is not shown here.

4. Optional analytics and advertising

Consent is required first. Before a choice is made, the site loads no analytics or advertising vendor script. The visitor’s choice is stored in the browser’s localStorage under prismacad-consent and can be changed at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer.

If you select Accept, PostHog analytics may be initialized as privacy-friendly product analytics; the PostHog SDK may use its own browser storage after acceptance. Google Analytics 4, using measurement ID G-S33VXN78PC, is loaded and configured and is operated through Google Ireland Limited as the relevant Google entity for visitors in the EU. The Meta Pixel may also load to measure advertising performance. If you select Reject, none of these tools are loaded or initialized.

Google Consent Mode v2 is used for the four consent signals analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization. All four default to denied before consent and are set to granted only after you accept. No analytics or advertising cookies are created before consent.

No personally identifiable information is sent to these tools. Analytics events cover aggregate site usage and interactions such as page views, trial button clicks, Microsoft Store and direct download clicks, pricing section views, checkout starts, and completed purchases. The purchase event carries a transaction identifier, currency, and transaction value. Form fields submitted through the site, including name, email, company, and phone, are never sent as analytics event parameters.

The site configures PostHog through its runtime environment, including an optional PostHog host. The PostHog SDK may use its own browser storage after analytics has been accepted. Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel are also configured by the site after the relevant consent choice. This site does not claim specific vendor cookie names or retention periods for these tools where they are not defined by the implementation. Cookie Settings in the footer lets you change or withdraw that choice later.

5. Paddle and payment processing

Payments for PrismaCAD made through our online checkout are processed through Paddle’s hosted checkout, which is loaded in the browser only when the visitor starts a checkout. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes/VAT, billing documentation and related payment administration.

When a customer purchases PrismaCAD through Paddle, payment and billing information required for the transaction is provided to and processed by Paddle under Paddle’s own privacy practices. PRISMSCAN Technologies P.C. does not directly store complete customer card details.

6. Use, sharing, and requests

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, provide trial information, communicate about PrismaCAD, and operate the website. We do not sell submitted information. Information may be handled by the service providers described above only as needed for the functions they provide.

We do not state a fixed retention period here because the current site implementation does not configure one. We keep information only as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable law, through the Contact page.
